You can book a studio or apartment quickly and simply via our website. Do you prefer personal communication or advice? Then please contact us by email or by phone.
You can check-in between 15:00 and 18:00 hours on the day of arrival. At your request, it is possible to check-in at a different time.
The check-out time for Utrecht City Apartments is 11:00 hours.
You must make an appointment for check-in. You can do this by email or by giving us a call. We will wait for you outside your studio/apartment. At check-in, we will explain all you need to know about the apartment or studio, hand you the keys and complete the payment.
You can pay with Pin/Maestro or Creditcard (AMEX, Visa and MC). We don't accept cash. Do you prefer to make an advanced payment by bank transfer? Please, contact us about this.
You can cancel a reservation up to 14 days before arrival. After these 14 days, we will charge maximally 7 nights.
The maximum room occupancy of our studios is two adults.
We advise you to travel with public transport because Utrecht city centre is not very car-friendly. If you do wish to travel by car, however, the car parks below are available.

There is a weekly cleaning service with any stay of at least 7 nights.
In the apartments, you will find an information card about our Digital Concierge. You can download this app from the Playstore. The app features a map of the city and fun tips for a nice restaurant, great museums or a delicious cocktail. All tips are attuned to the location of your studio/apartment; please don’t hesitate to ask us for the code for your location. You will find additional information in the brochures on the table. Of course, we are also happy to answer all your questions during check-in.
